Seville Local

Plaza de España is one of the most majestic monuments in all of Sevilla. It was built for the Ibero-American Exhibition in 1929 inside Parque María Luísa, the city’s main green space. It’s a semicircular plaza surrounded by spired buildings and has tiled walls that represent each of Spain’s provinces. You’ll often see and hear flamenco street performers here, and many choose to take a boat ride around the plaza’s canal.
