This family-run street food spot has been operating for more than 25 years. It specializes in beef pho, a traditional noodle soup — the national dish of Vietnam. When you order your bowl of noodles, you can pick from different cuts of beef, including rare cuts, and choose how you would like them cooked. Just be prepared: Pho Khoi Hoi accepts cash only. They were recently recognized by the Michelin Guide.
