Bright, open and airy, Pelagos matches Greece’s nautical feel. This Michelin-starred restaurant sports an open-patio concept, with stunning views right over the ocean in front. Cuisine is distinctly Med-style, sourcing all ingredients from food producers and farmers around the Mediterranean Sea (as well as wines). Speaking of, if there’s one drink to try, it’s one of their signature Martini-inspired cocktails. Menus change seasonally, including a tasting and an à la carte option. It’s located in the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, and only opens for dinner service.
