Ningen Kankei Café de Copain

This café is a neighborhood staple just off the main road in Shibuya. It has served both regulars and tourists for more than 30 years. Part of its popularity is that it’s open most of the day so you can grab a simple meal, snack, or cup of coffee for a reasonable price. One thing to note is that this café allows smoking inside, the smoking and nonsmoking sections are separated.
