To learn more about paella, try a gastronomic experience with My First Paella. You will go on a tour of the neighborhood market in Russafa to shop for ingredients. Next, you'll learn how to make Valencia's most important dish: paella. There are three varieties that you can make: classic paella valenciana, seafood paella, or vegetable paella. During the class, you'll also get to sample some tapas, wines, and sangría to get a full taste of Valencia.
