Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía

This is Madrid’s most comprehensive modern art museum showcasing works by artists like Picasso, Dalí, and Miró. It’s located on Madrid’s famous Paseo de Arte, along with many of the city’s other top art galleries. The most important work here is Picasso’s Guernica, which depicts the Spanish Civil War. General admission is €10, but the museum is free Monday to Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (except Tuesday) and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
