Jerónimos, Madrid

"If you’re in Madrid, this is a must. The Garden of Earthly Delights by Bosch and Las Meninas by Velázquez are essential viewing, but my favorites are Goya’s Black Paintings."
If you only have time to visit one museum in Madrid, it should be The Prado. It features art from the 11th to 19th centuries and has masterpieces by Spanish artists like Goya, Velázquez, and El Greco. Additionally, there are works from other European artists. General admission is €15, but some discounts are available. The museum is free Monday to Saturday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
