"Showcasing Monet’s waterlilies and the painting that named Impressionism. Small but rich. Also houses 18th-century decorative art. More intimate than Orsay or the Orangerie."

Paris Local

Art in Paris is synonymous with many great names, but Monet is perhaps the most legendary. Musée Marmottan Monet has the largest collection of his artwork anywhere and some of his most celebrated work, including Impression Sunrise. The museum is next to Jardin du Ranelagh. It’s a pleasant park with tree-lined paths, a statue of Jean de La Fontaine with a fox and crow, and a playground for children.
