This eel noodle shop is a family-run business that opened more than 40 years ago and was recently featured in the MICHELIN Guide. Everything on the menu includes ricefield eels: eel noodle soup, fried eel balls, eel noodles, and more. It’s packed with locals and visitors from morning through the evening, so don’t be surprised to see a crowd. The shop can seat up to 50 diners at a time, and prices are very affordable.
