Triana, Seville

"The most famous market in Seville located by the Triana bridge. It keeps the essence of our traditional markets."
This neighborhood food market is just over the Puente de Triana bridge. It was built on the remnants of the San Jorge castle, which was the headquarters of the Spanish Inquisition. The market has an interesting museum in the basement where you can see this archaeological site. Upstairs, locals shop for fresh ingredients like produce, fish, and meat. There are also ten restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy a meal or snack.
