If there’s one dish you have to order at family-run Margaro Tavern, it has to be the prawns, fried in a light, crispy batter and served whole — just the way it should be. Other than the prawns (shrimp), another fried speciality of theirs is the red mullet. They also serve crayfish here, and the menu only offers seafood and traditional salad. This eatery opens from midday until midnight, except on Sundays, when it only stays open until late afternoon.
