Le Bouclard

The man behind Le Bouclard has a true love affair with French cuisine, and his passions show. The food here is all about showcasing French gastronomy, whether it's braised farm chicken done in vanilla and tarragon, or the floating island dessert with salted caramel custard, perhaps inspired by Julia Child. Another mouth-watering treat is the ‘la mousse au Chocolat de Jacqueline’ whipped up without eggs or sugar. As one would imagine, the interiors reflect an old-school bistro, all done in woods and red elements.
