Le bon, la butte

Located within one of Paris’ most traversed districts, Le bon, la butte is less than a minute’s walk from the iconic Moulin de la Galette. Among the restaurants on Montmartre’s hill, it’s one of the better, less tourist trap-y options. The cuisine is seasonal, and the chefs favor buying produce from smaller suppliers — and the same goes for the wines. Celebrating the simplicity of food when paired with good ingredients, the menu is full of French traditions. That being said, some dishes do have twists inspired from around the world. Plates are beautifully presented.
