In fact, there are 40 different bottles of sake to sample here, many of which you can see decorating the walls of this izakaya (a restaurant you can drink and eat snacks at- similar to a Tapas bar). Some of the options are from Wax and Wane, the shop’s brand. As for food, you’ll find small bites for snacking or you can order a kappo meal with eight to ten dishes.
