Shinjuku, Tokyo

"An intimate unagi (eel) restaurant located in the Omoide Yokocho alley, featuring only a few bar seats."
Kabuto is a small restaurant in Omoide Yokocho seating just a few diners at a time at the bar. This makes for an intimate dining experience where you can watch the chef in action. The staple dish here is grilled unagi (eel), which comes in small servings on skewers. There are several parts of the eel that you can order to try different dishes. There’s a seven-skewer sampler that lets you try a bit of everything.
