"A cradle of flamenco and Spanish horses, but above all, home to the best wine in the region."

Seville Local

This city in the Cádiz province is about 90 kilometers southwest of Sevilla. It has white houses typical of the region, an 11th-century Moorish fortress, several cathedrals and churches, and opulent palaces and manors. Jeréz is famous in Spain for its wine-growing tradition, exporting jeréz (sherry) worldwide. Other important points of culture are flamenco and Andalusian horses, which are celebrated at different events throughout the year.
