Jardim do Torel offers a peaceful, green oasis right in the heart of Lisbon. Take the Lavra funicular (Lisbon’s oldest) up to the top of Santana Hill to find Jardim do Torel. It’s one of the less touristy parks in the city and offers excellent 180° views of the sights below, including Avenida de Liberdade and the Campo dos Mártires neighborhood. There’s also a café here and a pool during summer.
