Príncipe Real, Lisbon

"A great spot to grab a beer and let kids run around before heading to the cinema at Amoreiras."
This mulberry tree space was originally created to support the growth of Portugal's silk industry circa the 18th century. Today, the garden square is a great spot to grab a cold beer while the kiddos run around. Let them work off some energy before heading to the Cinemas NOS at Amoreiras Shopping Center or you go shopping. Find park benches, a small kiosk, and a monthly local market. Named after a poet, the garden was formerly known as Marcelino Mesquita Garden.
