Gandhi (ガンジー)

Gandhi is an Indian curry restaurant that’s tucked away in the back streets of Shinjuku. It’s been serving a variety of curries and Indian dishes since 1972, but the most famous is the mixed curry that has simmered beef, spare ribs, and shrimp in it. The restaurant is on the second floor of a multi-tenant building, so the smell of curry and spices floating out of the window greets you in the street upon arrival.
