This museum is a recreation of a typical Tokyo streetscape during the Edo period, which lasted from the early 1600s to the mid-1800s. You can walk around the street to see what homes looked like and how daily life felt. The recreation has many details, including the residents' different lifestyles and daily goods. The lighting also changes to reflect the time of day. Guides are available and admission costs 400 yen.
