"A street stall where you can get Tacos de Lechón (piglet tacos) with chicharrón. Be careful with the spicy salsa! You can find it after 8:00 pm."
Oaxaca de Juárez Local

This roadside taco stand always has a line down the block of people looking for lechón tacos. Lechón is roasted suckling pig that creates a very tender meat for tacos. There is just one other item on the menu: chicharrón tacos. Both types keep locals coming back for more. It’s a late-night taquería, only open from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m.
