Not only does the multiple-award-winning Delta boast a whopping two Michelin stars, but it was also awarded one Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainable gastronomy. Food and plating are super imaginative, with Mother Nature a focal point. For example, a dish is recreated to look like a daisy flower, comprising aged grape and bee pollen. Or a sunflower is constructed from lamb sweetbreads, smoked fermented cherries, wild mushroom kefir, magnolias, and greens.
