Daitoryo Annex is a senbero, a bar where you can get sufficiently tipsy for around 1,000 yen. It’s one of the most famous in Okachimachi and has two locations near Ueno station. They’re pretty busy when office workers stop in after work in the afternoon. The menu has a variety of beers and highballs to drink, as well as yakitori with grilled meat and offal to munch on.
