10th arrondissement, Paris

"A lesser-known gem, perfect for fresh produce and little food stalls."
Planning on cooking during your time in Paris? Market Saint-Quentin in the 10th Arrondissement is very much your typical farmer’s market, but it’s completely covered. Stalls comprise fishmongers (poissonnier), butchers (boucherie), cheeseries (fromager), fruit and veggie stands, charcuterie stalls, and sandwich houses. Apart from the fresh goods, there are global delis for African, Asian, Lebanese, Moroccan, Italian, and Portuguese cuisine, as well as tapas. It’s on the road parallel to the Canal Saint-Martin, but roughly a 20-minute walk.
