Granada

"A week‑long fair with carnival rides and caseta tents for food, flamenco, and rebujito."
Corpus Christi is a week-long fiesta held at the beginning of June. In the Catholic church, it’s to commemorate the Eucharist, and it's highly revered in Granada in particular. There’s plenty to enjoy, even for the non-religious type. Things kick off when hundreds of lights at the main fairgrounds are lit up. Here you can get involved in many Spanish cultural activities. There’s also a religious procession that takes place, as well as a city parade (known as La Tarasca). The one-week festival ends with an impressive fireworks display.
