Corazón de Maguey opened its doors in 2008. Since then, the restaurant has served up an impressive selection of mezcals and dishes like three-mole enchiladas. You won’t just enjoy the food. You’ll also be impressed by the building’s unique architecture, designed based on the parish of La Purísima Concepción (Immaculate Conception) in Ticomán, Mexico City.
