Pepe Hillo is on Calle Adriano in El Arenal, a trendy street for tapas bar hopping. It’s right in front of the historic bullring, one of Sevilla’s most-visited monuments. This lively bar is inside a building dating back to 1927. Even though it has indoor and outdoor seating, it’s often very crowded due to its location. Some dishes that you can’t miss are cola de toro (oxtail), fried fish, and ensaladilla rusa.
