If you want to try traditional bun cha, head to this little spot in the Old Quarter. It’s small and easy to miss, and it’s only open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., so you have to work a little to find it. However, the long line is worth the grilled pork and vermicelli noodle dish. It’s served alongside a green papaya salad and a tasty fish sauce for dipping.
