Bicentenario Park

Azcapotzalco, Mexico City

Parks
Bicentenario Park
"A great park for playing sports and admiring contemporary art sculptures, including the iconic Mexican Skulls around the lake. My favorite area is the Orchid House, where you can immerse yourself in Mexico’s rich and diverse ecosystems."

Mexico City Local

This park was built on reclaimed industrial land where joggers and cyclists now share paths while families picnic on the lawns. With a surprising mix of urban recreation and natural beauty, Bicentenario Park is the city’s second-largest green lung. While at Parque Bicentenario, don’t miss the “Mexican Skulls” lining the lake. Or, for something unique, hold a meditation session at the orchid nursery or one of the park’s biomes.
