"A 15th-century Renaissance masterpiece. Don’t miss the dome, the interior, and the picturesque "Cloister of Frogs" behind the church. Be aware that it closes at lunchtime and during celebrations."

Milan Local

While Florence may be the city of the Renaissance, Milan also has its own Renaissance jewel, i.e., Santa Maria delle Grazie. Moreover, one of Leonardo da Vinci’s most famous paintings ‘The Last Supper’ sits in the basilica’s refectory. For this reason, the crowds flock to the 15th-century complex. You can climb the Duomo’s terraces via 250 stairs, where city skyline scenes greet you, and you feel even closer to the cathedral’s spires. There are plenty of picturesque corners within, including the courtyard and its ‘cloister of frogs.’
