Almada, Lisbon

"On the south bay of the Tagus River, with great views, serving dishes made with Portuguese ingredients and a modern twist."
Atira-te ao Rio, which translates as "throw yourself in the river," is a picturesque eatery on the other side of the Tagus. To get there, take the ferry across the river and walk for about 10 minutes along the abandoned warehouses. It’s right on the water and has incredible views of Lisbon. The menu is full of classic Portuguese dishes with an emphasis on fresh seafood.
